PZAG
The PZAG counterboring cutter is designed to achieve perfect chip control. When counterboring a pre-drilled hole, cutting chips are continuously discharged, which can easily entangle the tool or holder, interrupting machining and even scratching the surface of the workpiece. The insert breaker used in the PZAG is a muscle breaker that rises significantly against the cutting edge, achieving outstanding chip breaking performance. This optimizes the shape of the chips, thus enabling stable and uninterrupted machining. Additionally, the bottom of the machined counterbore hole can also be made flat. The PZAG lineup offers a wide range of sizes for counterbore holes compatible with hexagon socket head bolts and is suitable for a wide range of applications.
