DLC Coated Carbide End Mill for Copper Electrodes: Long Neck Radius Type for High-efficiency Finishing
The AE-CPR-N is a long neck corner radius DLC coated carbide end mill designed for high-efficiency and high precision finishing of copper electrodes. Three-flute specification is employed for outer diameters of 1 mm or more to achieve high-efficiency milling. Furthermore, the AE-CPR-N’s optimal flat cutting edge geometry, superior corner R precision and cutting edge diameter accuracy allow high precision machining. With the addition of OSG’s DLC-IGUSS coating, which is extremely effective against non-ferrous metals such as copper alloys that require welding resistance and lubricity, highly stable machining accuracy and performance can be obtained.
