6-corner Shoulder Cutter
High efficiency 6-corner shoulder milling cutter for heavy-duty cutting. Thick insert and positive rake angle with increased rigidity are resistant to chattering to enable effective processing of long overhang length L/D=5xD. Bore type size 09 has been expanded with φ80 to φ125; size 12 has been expanded with φ50 to φ80. The bore type added to size 12 is compatible with arbors for high feed radial cutters. The addition of DLC coated insert grade XP4610 enables even longer tool life in non-ferrous metal applications.
