The AE-VM anti-vibration carbide end mill series is ideal for a wide range of materials ranging from carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel to titanium alloys and Ni-based alloys. The short type AE-VMS enables stable machining with a unique flute form that achieves both tool rigidity and trouble-free chip evacuation, and also suppresses burrs, which is a common obstacle in part processing. The right angle type, which is designed for milling straight corners, also supports precision machining. The radius specification is availale in a wide range of sizes, making it suitable for use in a wide range of fields, from the automotive industry to the aerospace industry. In addition, Gtag has been added to the lineup, which reduces CO2 emissions during manufacturing and offers an alternative environmentally friendly product option.
