OSG Corporation has confirmed that the server of OSG USA, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "OSG USA"), a group company in the United States, was unauthorizedly accessed by a third party on Thursday, September 26, 2024 (Japan time).

After confirming the unauthorized access, OSG USA promptly took necessary measures, such as restricting external access, and reported the matter to the relevant authorities. The case is currently under investigation with the cooperation of external experts.

We have confirmed that the unauthorized access was limited to OSG USA's server and did not affect other members of our group, including our company. Although orders and shipments at OSG USA were temporarily suspended, they have now resumed.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused to all parties involved.
